The starting gene is synthesized by the fusion of the gene from Tripeptide-46, Hexapeptide-40, Decapeptide-27, Isoleucine, Oligopeptide-91, Tetrapeptide-38 , and sh-Polypeptide-9. The fusion peptide contains a maximum of 212 amino acids and consists of the proper sequence of the 20 standard amino acids.
