PNA-5 Carboxyethyl Fluorene is the modified polymer of PNA containing 12 nucleobases consisting of Adenine, Aminoethoxymethyl Pyrrolopyrimidone, Cytosine, Aminopentyl Guanine and Aminopentyl Aminoadenine. It conforms generally to the formula:
